I’m Sara, founder of Ignite Flow and VENNEXA.
I work with founders and leadership teams facing decisions that will not clarify, friction that keeps returning, or strategies that are not taking hold.
My career spans pharmaceutical, biotechnology, genetic testing, and healthcare technology organizations. I saw how easily a complex reality can be reduced to a metric, a workflow, or a single version of the problem.
My study of organizational culture, leadership, and human relationships deepened that understanding. So did my personal experience navigating serious illness and healthcare systems.
I founded VENNEXA to develop ways of working with that complexity. Through Ignite Flow, I bring those ideas into the room with leaders facing real decisions.
l ask what people are seeing, what they may be assuming, and what the current explanation leaves out. Often, the most useful shift comes before anyone chooses a solution: seeing the problem more clearly.
